Basic Trademark Search & Registration Package

          $550 Flat Fee + U.S. Government Filing Fees ($325 / class)

This Includes:

• Consultation (in-person, telephone, or email) to answer all your questions about trademark law and how it applies to your proposed registration.
• Basic word-search of existing trademarks to determine eligibility by searching: registered and pending marks in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office; internet domain names; some state business databases.
• Availability analysis of the proposed trademark based upon the search results.
• Drafting and filing the federal trademark registration application.
• Handling non-substantive Office Actions by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
• Mailing your registration certificate upon receipt from the Government.

For Additional Fees:

• Advanced trademark search of existing trademarks if the basic search indicates in-depth searching is necessary. This research will involve research through variety of industry journals and additional state databases. $400
• Logo trademark searches for color, sound, and design require an additional $150.
• Handling substantive Office Actions by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, for example, for amendments or declarations, will be billed at my hourly rate, $175.
